KUALA LUMPUR: Youths from Kelantan seeking to return to help loved ones affected by floods can take advantage of the bus service offered by Youth Care Malaysia.

MCA youth chief Senator Chong Sin Woon said the first bus will leave Wisma MCA at 9am tomorrow.

He said so far 25 youths have registered but there’s still space and time for others who wish to return.

“Priority will be for those from Kelantan. They are welcome to join us,” he said.

He said the bus will drop off volunteers at Gua Musang, Kuala Kerai and Kota Baru.

They will be picked up at these same locations on Friday for the trip back to KL.

He said another 102 volunteers have registered to make the trip to Kelantan on Friday before returning on Sunday.
Chong said Youth Care is prepared to extend the service to Pahang, if necessary.

“We hope doctor’s in private practice will also join us to help those affected by the floods” he said.

Those who wish to volunteer or register to return to Kelantan can contact Youth Care Malaysia coordinator Nicole Wong at 0123269069 or Sean Tan at 0166596888.
